Bookings will be accepted with a deposit of 30% with the balance payable a month before the holiday start date. Payments will be by bank transfer or by card.
If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 70% of the stay will be made.
In the unlikely event of a request to cancel a booking, I will endeavour, but can’t guarantee, to re-let the period booked, to refund all or some of the payments made.
Pet Policy
Sadly, we cannot accept pets, as the Boathouse is on the edge of a sheep croft and the woolly residents don’t appreciate 4 footed strangers.
